The Bahamas is upping the ante with a wave of new luxury hotels for travelers seeking sun-soaked, luxury getaways. Jack’s Bay in Eleuthera

Jack’s Bay in Eleuthera recently unveiled its 2024 residential collection, featuring 12 fully-furnished Atlantic Club Cottages in four- or six-bedroom configurations that include a covered oceanfront outdoor terrace and pool, and its Nicklaus Village residences.

Phase 1 of Jack’s Bay is set for completion in late 2024, which includes the completion of the Atlantic Clubhouse and pool, Spa Village, four of the Atlantic Club Cottages and the groundbreaking of Nicklaus Village.

Once completed, Jack’s Bay homeowners will have the option to rent their properties through the resort’s rental management program, making overnight accommodations available to guests. Montage Cay in the Abacos

Montage Cay in the Abacos is Montage Hotels & Resorts’ first private island development. Entering its final year of pre-opening sales, the grand opening is slated for 2026. 

The ultra-luxury resort and residential community spans 53 acres and will feature 50 all-suite accommodations, including an intimate collection of over-water bungalows. In addition, 47 Montage Residences will be built within private enclaves on the island’s beaches, alongside a selection of oversized oceanfront home sites.

Banyan Tree in Bimini

Banyan Tree Bimini Resort & Residences is a luxury destination in Bimini. 

With sales recently launched, the property spans 750 acres and will include 54 custom waterfront residences, a 5-star hotel with only 50 rooms, overwater bungalows and the Bonito Beach Club, which is scheduled to open in Fall 2024.
